1. Returns Policy
At Amazin, we generally do not accept returns or replacements for products purchased through our website. However, if you believe there is a valid reason to return an item, such as receiving a damaged product, you may initiate a return request on our website or contact us at ask.amazin@gmail.com with all necessary details.
To be eligible for consideration, your return request must be submitted within 4 hours of delivery.
If your request is approved based on our policies, you may be eligible for either a Replacement or a Refund, depending on the nature of the product or the specifics of your request. The decision to offer a replacement or refund is at Amazin’s discretion.
(a) Replacement:
If we agree to replace the product, we will ensure that you receive a product identical to the original item ordered, subject to stock availability.
(b) Refunds:
If we approve a refund, the amount you paid for the product will be refunded to you in accordance with our Refund Policy.
(c) Requirements for Returns & Replacements:
For us to process your request, the following conditions must be met:

A clear photograph of the product you wish to return.

The invoice issued to you at the time of purchase.

The original product must be returned unused, unaltered, undamaged, undented, and unscratched.

The product must be returned in its original packaging/box.

Product tags, MRP labels, and any other related accessories must be intact and returned in their original state.
If we determine that the product does not meet the above criteria, we reserve the right to reject your return request. Additionally, certain products may be non-returnable due to their nature, as specified in our Terms and Conditions. Return requests for such products will not be accepted under any circumstances.
2. Refund Policy
If we approve your refund request following a return or cancellation, the original purchase amount will be refunded to your bank account via approved transfer methods within 7 business days.
If you do not receive the refund within the specified time frame, you are encouraged to contact your banking service provider or reach out to us at ask.amazin@gmail.com
3. Cancellation Policy
You may request a cancellation at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date, provided the product is eligible for return as per our Terms and Conditions.
If the cancellation is accepted, the amount paid for the product will be refunded to you as per our Refund Policy.
4. Shipping & Delivery Policy
We offer delivery services for confirmed orders where the customer has opted for delivery. To facilitate this, you will be required to provide accurate delivery details, including your address, contact number, and any other relevant information.
